Coronavirus Readiness Update

As coronavirus/COVID-19 is increasingly top of mind, we’ve had some inquiries about the steps we might take in the event that it continues to spread. The good news is that, to date, cases in our area have been limited. So, for now, we are paying particular attention to preventative measures, and it’s mostly business as usual. We do want to assure you, though, that we have a plan in place if that changes and will continue to update our approach as more information becomes available. We’ll share updates with you, as necessary, until the virus is considered contained.

Preparation

Business Continuity Planning:We’ve developed a plan to limit any disruptions that could result from the spread of the current coronavirus or future outbreaks. We have robust systems in place so employees can fully service customers while working remotely, minimizing business interruptions.

CDC Guidance:We’ve communicated CDC guidelines on how to prevent the spread of the virus to all employees and increased the amount of soap and alcohol-based disinfectants available. We have prudent working arrangements for any employees who feel sick, have traveled—or have a family member who has traveled—to an area of outbreak in the last two weeks.

Greeting Others:Our team will greet visitors without physical contact, i.e. wave instead of a handshake.

In Event of Confirmed Cases

With confirmed cases on the rise, we have planned our response if we receive confirmation of cases of coronavirus in our workforce or communities.

Case Reported in the Community:We are closely monitoring for confirmed reports of coronavirus in our area. If and when this occurs, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this change, for what anticipated length of time, and how we’ll continue to support you remotely.

Case(s) Reported in Our Workforce:In the instance of a confirmed case within our workforce, we will follow CDC and public health directions closely. This would trigger an elevated response and remote working situations for the affected locations on a temporary basis.

Your business is very important to us. We’ll take all prudent actions to meet our responsibilities to you while keeping our workforce safe. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us.
